Mark did a phenomenal job! Scheduling was quick and easy, he was very professional. I was concerned the dog urine in the carpet at my rental property wasn’t going to come out because it had been there for over a year and Mark restored my carpets back to new. He also got playdough and marker out of the carpet as well. Highly recommend!

Most detail oriented carpet and upholstery cleaner I've ever met!! I can't thank Mark enough for getting marker out of our couch! Our carpets look remarkable after Mark's hard work!

It all started when I stopped by one of my Airbnbs in Orem and happened to find Mark’s business card in the doorway. I grabbed it, looked up his services, and decided to give him a call when we needed carpet cleaning for our brand-new home. I’m SO glad I did!

From the very beginning, the experience was absolutely amazing! The response time was incredible, booking was quick and super easy, and Mark showed up right on time, professional, friendly, and ready to get to work.

We had a stain in one of the bedrooms that we were really worried about, especially since we had just purchased the home. Mark worked his magic and got the stain out like it was never even there! 🤯 The results were beyond what we expected.

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Brand New Carpet Care to anyone looking for carpet, upholstery cleaning. If you’re debating whether to give them a call — DO IT! You won’t regret it. Amazing service, amazing communication, and AMAZING results!

We will absolutely be using Mark again for all of our future cleaning needs! 🙌
