Mark did a phenomenal job! Scheduling was quick and easy, he was very professional. I was concerned the dog urine in the carpet at my rental property wasn’t going to come out because it had been there for over a year and Mark restored my carpets back to new. He also got playdough and marker out of the carpet as well. Highly recommend!

Most detail oriented carpet and upholstery cleaner I've ever met!! I can't thank Mark enough for getting marker out of our couch! Our carpets look remarkable after Mark's hard work!

It all started when I stopped by one of my Airbnbs in Orem and happened to find Mark’s business card in the doorway. I grabbed it, looked up his services, and decided to give him a call when we needed carpet cleaning for our brand-new home. I’m SO glad I did!

From the very beginning, the experience was absolutely amazing! The response time was incredible, booking was quick and super easy, and Mark showed up right on time, professional, friendly, and ready to get to work.

We had a stain in one of the bedrooms that we were really worried about, especially since we had just purchased the home. Mark worked his magic and got the stain out like it was never even there! 🤯 The results were beyond what we expected.

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Brand New Carpet Care to anyone looking for carpet, upholstery cleaning. If you’re debating whether to give them a call — DO IT! You won’t regret it. Amazing service, amazing communication, and AMAZING results!

We will absolutely be using Mark again for all of our future cleaning needs! 🙌

Brand New Carpet Care is amazing to work with! We had a problem & they came out that same day (on a weekend) & the following day for a second treatment. They are very professional & easy to get a hold of. They are also very communicative & tell you exactly what the solution will be & how to maintain your carpets. I look forward to continuing to work with Brand New Carpet Care in the future!

Super happy with our results. Carpets look quite amazing. A few stains we had are gone. And the stairs look great. Very happy with his work. I’d recommend his work.

Mark did a great job. He was thorough and self sufficient. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve been using Mark for our carpet cleaning for about 8 years, and he has been absolutely fantastic every single time. He’s dependable, honest, hardworking, and takes real pride in the quality of his work. Our carpets always come out looking amazing, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy.

It’s not often you find someone you can trust year after year, but Mark is one of those people. I was so sorry to hear his work truck was stolen, and I’m excited to see him getting his business back up and running.

If you’re looking for someone who does excellent work at a fair price and truly cares about his customers, I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. We’ll definitely continue using him for years to come!

Great job, great customer service. Sharing with all neighbors

Mark did a great job on my carpets and my recliner. They looked and smelled so much better when he was done! Price was fantastic. They dried the same day (that’s a huge deal because with some companies they take days and then it defeats the purpose of the cleaning but not with these guys!) He was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Great service
